Introductory Information about Victoria

"Originally born in Manchester, I have enjoyed living with my family, for over fifty years, in a village with an immense sense of community spirit, which makes living in Redbourn so enjoyable.

Career wise, I have been a PA for over thirty years, both in London & locally, including working for the University of London, The Pearson Group, Chase Manhattan & The Ministry of Defence.

In June 2013, I was honoured to be elected to the parish council for the Beaumont ward. I sit on the Planning, Commons and Green Spaces, Management and Communications, Finance and Policy committees and am a member of the Neighbourhood Plan, Friends of The High Street (FOTHS), Redbourn Against Greenbelt Erosion (RAGE) and Redbourn Climate Action (RCA) working groups. I care greatly for our greenbelt surrounding our beautiful village and want to ensure it retains its unique character. I attend the Herts Highways Liaison meetings twice a year.

I am the parish representative for Redbourn In Bloom, The Youth Club and the Redbourn Churches. I steward for Redbourn Museum and serve on their Events Committee and am on the committee for the annual Redbourn Easter Fair.

I have served as a Redbourn ward councillor on St. Albans District Council since 2014.
