Foodbank Collections no longer taking place at Redbourn Parish Centre

Unfortunately foodbank collections are no longer taking place at the Parish Centre as it is now being used by hirers and office staff, with Covid-19 measures in place.

However food donations can be taken directly to dedicated foodbank groups such as https://www.thevineyardchurch.co.uk/feed and https://www.dens.org.uk/get-involved/food-donations/.

Councillor David Mitchell has looked into alternative collection points in Redbourn but, given Covid-19 restrictions, this has not proved possible. If the situation changes we will share the information via the usual channels

Transfer to secondary/upper school in 2021

Children running to school with backpacks on

Applications for children due to start at secondary and upper school in September 2021 opened on Tuesday 1 September.

The easiest way to apply for a school place is to complete the online application form.

The closing date for applications is Saturday 31 October 2020; it is vital that parents make their applications on time.

Police Surgeries due to recommence

PCSO Alex Peduto has confirmed that the Police Surgeries will restart at the Redbourn Parish Council on Tuesday 1st Setpember between 3pm - 6pm.

Please note that there will be social distancing protocols that need to be adhered to whilst in the Parish Centre. When entering the Centre, you will need to wear a face mask.
