Play your part and still have fun safely this half-term

We know that Autumn is a favourite time for many, whether you dress up for Halloween or have friends around for a bonfire, coronavirus means that things will be a little different for everyone this year.

That's why this year council leaders across Hertfordshire are encouraging people to play your part to help protect your loved ones and your community and to celebrate Halloween safely.

This year, many Halloween traditions such as trick or treating carry a risk and the county's message is clear: This Halloween, stick to a safer way of having fun.

There's lots of fun, safe activities that you can plan from pumpkin carving, having a Halloween themed scavenger hunt at home or take part in the Redbourn Pumpkin Trail 2020 with members of your household. Think about protecting yourselves and those around you and always follow government guidance sticking to the rule of 6.
