Redbourn Needs You

The Neighbourhood Plan is now at the Regulation 14 stage which means a minimum 6 week consultation period for you to tell us what you think before it is submitted to St Albans District Council for independent examination.

It is really important that residents engage with this process as, whilst we currently do not have any housing sites due to all potential development areas being on Green Belt land, we need your help to provide evidence as to why our green spaces should be protected.

Please visit our Neighbourhood Plan page on our website and complete the questionnaire to tell us what you think about our policies and the ways in which you use our 10 identified green spaces so we can provide evidence to protect them from future development.
