Safe Plate Date

Following a number of incidents of theft of number plates, Officers from the Harpenden Safer N/Hood Team will be at the Redbourn Parish Council on Tuesday the 08.02.2022 between 12:00 and 14:00 offering members of the public the opportunity to have tamper free screws secured to their vehicle Number Plate.

Number plates are often stolen and placed on similar vehicles which are than used to commit further crime and these tamper free screws are an excellent deterrent.
