Spencers Park - Phase 2

Spencer's Park Phase 2 in Hemel Hempstead covers 22-hectares and has outline planning permission for 600 new homes, employment land and a new school. Consent for 276 homes at Phase 2 West has already been secured, and is currently being delivered on site. Homes England in Partnership with Vistry Group have started to prepare a second reserved matters application for the final residential phase of new market and affordable homes. This is known as Phase 2 East, and as well as 324 homes there will new open spaces, play spaces and local commercial uses. Anyone that has questions around specific areas of the proposals, or wants to learn more, can attend a public drop-in event, where information will be shared about key topics and any questions will be answered.
