Good News! Having successfully submitted Redbourn Neighbourhood Plan to St Albans District Council (SADC) they are now responsible for taking it forward beginning with a consultation (Regulation 16) from today 14th July until 9th September.

The Neighbourhood Plan is now at the Regulation 14 stage which means a minimum 6 week consultation period for you to tell us what you think before it is submitted to St Albans District Council for independent examination.

As you may remember our work on Redbourn Neighbourhood Plan was put on hold for a time because of delays in the new Local Plan that St Albans was preparing. The Local Plan has now been withdrawn which means 2 very important things for Redbourn:
1. Our 3 sites for development cannot go forward because they are in the green belt.
